Rates in USD are per person per night and include the following:- full board accommodation, soft drinks, beer, house wine, laundry and shared game drives by day and night, local airstrip transfers, and activities as shown. Activities included: Shared game drives, guided walks, hiking in the montain forest of the Mathews mountains, and fly camping with camels.

Payments terms: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 10% deposit of the quoted reservation cost. Balance payable in full 45 days prior to arrival date
Cancellation:
More than 120 days prior to reservation, the deposit is returned net of bank charges
120 to 45 days – 10% deposit forfeited
45 to 30 days – 30% forfeited
less than 30 days – 100% forfeited
